Clint Eastwood’s movie “The Good, The Bad, The Ugly” has relevance to this years NBA’s Playoffs. I have chosen 3 teams that most embody each word. Here are my choices.

First, “The Good.” The Miami Heat are my Good. They are 2-0 in their series against the Philadelphia 76ers. They steam-rolled the 76ers in Game 2 by 21 points, 94-73. Lebron James and Chris Bosh played phenomenally. CB had a double double, James went for 29 points. Dwyane Wade had an off night, trying to overcome migraines, but still had 14. If the Heat don’t win the title I am going to be severely disappointed.

Next, “The Bad.” The Denver Nuggets are my Bad. They are 0-2 in their series against the Oklahoma City Thunder. They played the Thunder fairly close in the first game, then they were blown out in Game 2 by 17. The Nuggets don’t have any chance to come back in this series, they are a team of role players, but they don’t have any stars that can take the game over.

Finally, “The Ugly.” The Chicago Bulls are my Ugly. They are 2-0 in their series against the Indiana Pacers. The Pacers have played the league leading Bulls to close games, the Bulls had to pull out a 16-1 run in Game 1 to win, and were losing at half time to the Pacers in Game 2. The Pacers are a sub .500 team, barely making the playoffs, but they are playing their hearts out and making the Bulls work for this series. Derrick Rose has played up to his MVP expectations, like he should be.

This is my “The Good, The Bad, The Ugly.” Comment on whether you agree with my choices or if you disagree tell my what teams you would choose.

  1. The Good: Come on sir! It’s the Sixers. We’ll see how the Heat stack up in the next round.
The Bad: The Thunder are coming into their own and I really think they’ll be “the team” in the next five years or so.
The Ugly: But could the Bulls be the best team out of the east? Perhaps

The Heat are the team to beat, Bulls have had ugly wins, denver is definitley bad, spose I should have had the spurs in their somewhere.
